I believe the natural healing benefits that come from earthing can be beneficial in whole body health, and I am very happy with this queen size grounding sheet.Up until now, I’ve been using a grounding sheet style that is basically a strip across your bed; yet this makes more sense because true grounding effects are only reached when the sheet is touching bare skin. This full coverage sheet definitely makes earthing easier.It is a nice quality organic cotton sheet with 92% cotton and 8% silver fiber. You can’t really feel these fibers, and for the sheet to be grounded, you simply attach the included grounding wire to a grounded outlet. The material is breathable and very skin friendly, and although the suggestion is to hand wash or dry clean, I have put it in my machine on a delicate cycle without issue.I will note that this queen size sheet measures approximately 65 x 82 inches with straight corners, and covers the top of my double bed with some overhang all-around, but not enough to tuck in. So it may seem small for a queen, but perhaps it’s not intended for tucking to preserve the sheet's integrity.Overall, it’s a good quality grounding sheet that offers full surface coverage, and I would recommend it.
